Each applicant must complete the admissions application. If a question does not apply to you, write N/A (not applicable) in the space provided. All applications must be submitted with the non-refundable fee of $35.
All checks can be made payable to The House Ministries. We do accept visa, master card and debit on the church premises only. Online payment is not available at this time.
You will need to either submit a digital photo of yourself, or mail a passport style photo.
References – Three enclosed recommendation forms must be submitted to the school: one from your pastor, and two personal recommendations from people who know you well and can speak on your behalf regarding your character, gifts and calling. Please do not use relatives for any of the required recommendations. If your pastor is your parent or spouse, ask another member of the church’s pastoral staff to complete the form.
When you apply online, an email will automatically be sent to the person you have chosen to complete your recommendation. If they are unable to access the internet, they can mail or fax the recommendation in. To expedite the application process, we suggest providing each person with a stamped envelope addressed to:

Application deadline Date – Students are advised to apply as early as possible as the maximum number of students that can be accepted per year is limited. Preference for acceptance will be given to students who have submitted all required documents to the school office before July 31, 2013. Any applications submitted after July 31, 2013 will be subjected to a $50 late registration fee. The deadline for late registration is September 1, 2013.
Your application is submitted for review when we have received all necessary documents: your completed application, current “passport style” photo, application fee, and three references.
Once Admissions has reviewed your application, you will be scheduled for an interview, either in person or over the phone. Pending the recommendation from your interview, you will be sent an acceptance letter.
Within 30 days of receiving your acceptance letter, you are required to submit a non -refundable/non-transferrable $100.00 deposit. This assures us that you are coming to school and therefore, we are holding a place for you.
